What you will lead Pen-X Marketing Strategy; build a plan with our Marketing Senator and be responsible for executing it to help the business achieve its growth goals. From there, wou will lead the Marketing strategy, planning, and execution for Pen-X Build a long term vision to deliver the ambitious growth agenda that Pen-X has. Work with team-leads and build roadmaps for: channel optimisation, creative testing, landing page optimisation, and audience expansion across channels. Customer Acquisition; improve our customer acquisition campaigns – working across paid ads, SEO, affiliates and email marketing. Collaborate, partner and negotiate with influencers and internal stakeholders to ensure performance targets are met. Communicate updates to the leadership team on performance, results, and marketing initiatives. Build growth forecasts and budget plans in close collaboration with the DAO-Senate. Hire & mentor junior members on the team.
