While our main product is profitable and growing, our real goal is building a long-term holding company with many other different products & teams running independently and scaling through synergies (primarily by sharing clients, marketing efforts, resources, best practices).
We have a large talent pool of trusted, young, scrappy people in the EU and US that look forward to work in a small startup but with the resources of a larger organization.

B2B SaaS: we like subscription-based, operating system/mission-critical software.
Payments.
Marketplaces.
We look for businesses already generating revenue, with a minimum of $1,000 per month, and we have a particular interest in those with subscription-based models.
Deal Size
We're ready to consider acquisitions starting from as little as $10,000. Our sweet spot, however, lies between $200,000 and $2,000,000.
We're also open to purchasing individual products, such as valuable code or established client lists, in cases where a legal entity acquisition isn't the right move.

Gomry's acquisition process is designed to be efficient and straightforward. Our approach is characterized by simple terms, swift due diligence, and speedy decision-making. Our goal is to extend an offer within just a few days of our initial conversation.
Integration with Gomry
Once a business becomes part of Gomry, we may integrate the product and the company with the Gomry ecosystem, or leave it operating independently. The decision is made on a case-by-case basis, depending on what's best for the acquired business and Gomry as a whole.
