PoliJEs Conference

The PoliJEs is an exclusive event dedicated to the Junior Enterprises of European Polytechnics. Organized jointly by JEMP and JEToP, the event will take place in Turin in April 2024, lasting three days. Its primary objective is to foster the exchange of ideas and knowledge among students from leading technical universities in Europe, leveraging diverse experiences and skills to address a common interest: the development of Artificial Intelligence.

This opportunity will unite students from the top European Universities in an inclusive and multicultural environment, enabling them to share perspectives, experiences, and ideas, thereby enriching each other through the diversity of their cultural and ethnic backgrounds. The event's main theme will be Artificial Intelligence in creativity, which will be extensively explored through a combination of workshops and a Business Game held throughout the event.

Various discussion moments will allow participants to delve into the topics, aiming to solve real problems through innovative solutions in the business game. The event program will be structured as follows:

- Day 1 (Friday April 12th): The opening ceremony will kick off the event, followed by an introductory workshop on the addressed topics.

- Day 2 (Saturday April 13th): The day will commence with a business game organized in collaboration with event partners, culminating in the awarding of the winning team. Subsequently, a second workshop will be held, followed by the final evening, providing participants with the opportunity to expand their knowledge and network.


We are offering three types of packages, each available for purchase at varying prices:

• Daily Friday Pass: This ticket provides exclusive access to the first day of the event, April 12th.
  It includes participation in the opening ceremony, a workshop hosted by our sponsors, the company fair and the chance of receiving a professional CV photo. The event concludes with a complimentary aperitif.

• Daily Saturday Pass: This ticket provides exclusive access to the second day of the event, April 13th.
  It includes participation in the Business Game hosted by one of our sponsors, lunch included, a workshop conducted by our sponsors, the chance of receiving a professional CV photo and the closing ceremony.
  

• Two Days Pass with accomodation: This ticket grants access to the two days of the event, April 12th and 13th, including accommodation, breakfast, and the evening event organized on April 12th.
  On April 12th, ticket holders will have access to the opening ceremony, a workshop hosted by our sponsors, and the company fair, concluding the day with a cocktail hour. Additionally, they will be able to participate in the evening event organized for the same date.

  On April 13th, attendees can participate in the Business Game organized by one of our sponsors, with lunch included, followed by a workshop conducted by our sponsors, and finally, the closing ceremony.

• Two Days Pass without accomodation: This ticket offers the same benefits as the previous one; however, it does not include the Saturday night stay at the hotel and breakfast on Saturday.

• Three Days Pass with accomodation: It's the most comprehensive package, including all the services from previous packages, with the addition of a tour of Turin and a visit to the Egyptian Museum.

• Three Days Pass with accomodation: This package includes the same benefits as the previous package, except it does not include hotel accommodation and breakfast the following day
